WE WERE NOTICED.

The members of the Builders' Association visited us to see firsthand what's all the fuss about.

WE SHOWED THEM AROUND.

We showed our builders friends around the building and campus. If we can do it, they too can do it.

SOON THE STUDENTS CAME.

Year 2008. Location: Orange County 2.
We loved the fact that the architectural students were keen to know the processes and technologies. We shared with them as much as we can.

AND CAME AGAIN...

Year 2009. Location: Orange County 2.
We, henceforth, insisted on smaller batches as the discussions tended to become in depth and more interactive.

VADODARA CALLED.

Year 2008. Location: Institute of Engineers, Vadodara.
They called and asked questions about Green Constructions. The Senior Scientist Mr. Vilas Gogate was happy to help.

THE FUTURE IS LIME.

Year 2008. Location: Ahmedabad.
We are getting averse to cement. We are learning to use lime. The way it used to happen in our old forts, temples and mosques.

ACCOLADES. ACCOLADES.

Year 2010. Location: Pune.
We were awarded the DSK Energy Awards at the Institute of Engineers, Pune, named after a big construction house: DSK.

GO ORGANIC!

Year 2010. Location: Pune.
If our buildings are clean and green, should our residents live on pesticide and toxic filled vegetables? Our first experiment on organic farming.

THE MENTOR AND DISCIPLE.

Year 2010. Location: Pune.
Mr. P. S. Deodhar, the Technocrat, the Industrialist, the Scientist and the founder of APLAB Group of Companies, is always that mentor to whom we reach out when in trouble.

WHEN A KIRLOSKAR VISITED US...

Year 2010. Location: Orange Life.
Ms. Sumantai Kirloskar came visiting us. Of course, we were nervous. Later, she wrote on the Visitors' Diary that she was pleased.

HARIT 1.0

Year 2010. Location: Orange Life.
The first organic festival began at the Orange Life. It is our first experiment on organic retail and direct distribution to the household of organic products.

HARIT 2.0

Year 2011. Location: Orange Life.
Six months later we held Harit 2.0 - as they say - by public demand. Air Marshal B N Gokhale inaugurated the event.

SELF HELP IN TRIPURA.

Year 2012. Location: AGARTALA.
Mr. Anand Chhajed and Mr. Amarnath Chakradeo went all the way to Tripura to learn co-operative movement and creation of self-help group.

TECHNOLOGIES OF TRIPURA.

Year 2012. Location: AGARTALA.
Who knew we would meet Late Dr. Ranjan there who would introduce us to Bamboo as the construction material. The practice still continues with us.

THE VISITORS FROM ABROAD.

Year 2015. Location: ROYAL ORANGE COUNTY.
A team of German Architect and Engineers visited us and was surprised by our successful usages of indigenous technologies. Vindications!

MORE STUDENTS CAME.

Year 2015. Location: ROYAL ORANGE COUNTY.
The students of Maharashtra Institute of Technology came to visit Royal Orange County. They were glad that Mr. Vilas Gogate was there to attend to their curiosity.

The next visit was by the students of the Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering. This time Mr. Sandeep Sonigra attended to them.

And another visit to Royal Orange County. This time by the students of Eindhoven University, Netherlands. They are used to sophisticated construction technologies. They said they were impressed.

SOMETIME WE WENT TO THE STUDENTS.

Year 2015. Location: KOTHRUD, PUNE.
The Maharashtra Institute of Technology students invited us to present our ideas and portray our entire journey to those who couldn't visit us. We happily obliged.

THE DELEGATES CAME.

Year 2017. Location: ROYAL ORANGE COUNTY.
The economic delegates from Baden-Württemberg came. We would sign an MOU with the Hochschule Karlsruhe the next day to create a Carbon Neutral City through Energy Optimized Design.

NEW FRIENDS.

Year 2017. Location: WESTIN, PUNE.
The beginning of a new collaboration. Hopefully we will learn from each other and make each other enriched with knowledge, implementation and satisfaction.

JAPAN JAL.

Year 2017. Location: ROYAL ORANGE COUNTY.
If Germany was there, could Japan be far behind? Mr. Masamitsu Saito from Japan Airline visited us at Royal Orange County. Mr. Sandeep Sonigra attended. But the master of the ceremony was Master Pranit Sonigra.
